The coin counting machine CC 4000 allows safe and precise high-speed counting of large coin batches. The CC 4000 is suitable for professional use.
An integrated dosing device automatically feeds the coins with a treadmill to the counting mechanism. This ensures that a high amount of coins (up to 4.000 coins) can be processed with minimal wear.
This machine counts and sorts out preset coin types (e.g.: 2 Euro).

With the single counting function, each counted coin is counted on the display. There is no value determination. The single counting is suitable for counting pre-sorted coins.
Where high coin quantities are to be counted quickly, it is particularly important to have error-free and low-wear counting. In order to prevent overloading of the counting machine or delayed coin feeding, one deliberately relies on automated coin dosage device. This ensures an even supply of coins at automated intervals. Through the communication of automated coin dosage device with the counting machine the optimal supply is ensured.
By adjusting the setting dial, the size of the coin, which should be sorted out or counted, can be specified. All coins of this size are released and the number is counted.
If the addition function is activated, the results of several counting processes are added. This is very helpful when more coins are counted than can be accommodated in the respective coin tray.
The batch function is used to count a previously adjusted number of each coin type, e.g. 25x2€. The desired number can be adjusted via the keypad. The coin counter then automatically interrupts the counting process when the number of coins is reached. There will also be an acoustic signal and the affected coin type is shown at the display. The compartment can now be emptied and the counting process continued.
The coin carriage of the machine is made of metal. This makes it very robust, durable and suitable for frequent counting processes.
If the addition function is activated, the results of several counting processes are added. This is very helpful when, for example, more coins are counted than can be added in the respective coin tray.
The stacker capacity is the maximum number of coins that can be counted in a process or found space in the coin tray.
The counting speed defines the number of coins which can be counted in one minute.

The coin bag holder is a fixing solution for coin bags. So you can count the coins directly into the coin bags.
Through complete sentences or corresponding error codes, errors are indicated by the machine in the display and signaled with a acoustic signal. The description of the individual faults can be found in the user manual.

The modern colour measurement method detect the colour of the banknote by means of a sophisticated sensor unit. Furthermore, the banknote is measured in height and width by means of a further developed light barrier technology.
The precise detection of the colour, height and width of the banknote serves to accurately recognize the value of the banknote.
